In my role as a Nutritionist, I always put at the center of my actions what makes the person feel good. The person's diet and lifestyle (diet in the etymological sense) are fundamental for real, conscious, and lasting well-being.
In the presence of pathology, alongside the diet, I recommend the most effective and simplest natural remedy for that particular situation.

Every day I realize the need for a profound change in the way I operate in my profession. That is, the need to move from a mechanistic-reductionist approach, focused on treating diseases and solving problems, to a bio-emotional approach, in which the therapist's intervention is truly centered on the person and their story, the environment in which they live, and the emotions they perceive—all key factors in developing one's potential for health and well-being. In short, we must shift from considering "what disease a person has" to "what person has the disease." And this is what I dedicate myself to every day.

My goal is to preserve, improve, or restore a Person to their best form, through truly healthy and personalized nutrition. The optimization of dietary and integrative therapy comes from the use of specific Functional Medicine tests such as hair mineral analysis, intestinal function test, intestinal permeability test, and intestinal and vaginal microbiota test.
The deep knowledge of plants, essential oils, medicinal mushrooms, and probiotics, as well as amino acids and enzymes, allows me to take care of the Patient in a 360° way, aiming for the physiological rebalancing of the body.
I love to define my work as “the medicine of the day before,” because I am deeply convinced that prevention is truly this.
