Breastfeeding in a polluted world

We all care about the quality of the food we put on the table, especially for our children. Infants, and even more so when they are still

We are all concerned about the quality of the food we bring to the table, especially for our children. Infants, and even more so when they are still developing in the womb, go through a very delicate phase in which they are particularly vulnerable to pollutants and stress in general. Newborns have a more permeable intestine than healthy adults and their detoxification systems are still immature. The brain is less protected and more easily attacked by Pb (the most powerful known neurotoxin, more than Hg and Al) or pesticides which, reaching the nerve cells, can even cause irreversible damage.

BREAST MILK (HUMAN!) IS THE BEST POSSIBLE FOOD, EVEN IN A POLLUTED WORLD

Human mother's milk is the ideal food for newborns, because it is rich in a variety of components that stimulate growth, promote nutrient absorption, and allow the maturation and strengthening of the immune system. The maternal organism, however, is obviously not isolated from the environment, thus taking in pollutants from the air, water, and soil that are transmitted and accumulate along the food chain, elements of which we feed ourselves and our children. Therefore, it is possible to find dioxins, pesticides, and heavy metals in breast milk. Despite this, breastfeeding remains advantageous compared to artificial feeding (now more neutrally defined as "formula feeding." This expression seems to want to protect the mother-baby dyad, but in reality, it is one of the most successful false food advertisements).

WHAT TO DO TO REDUCE THE RISK?

1. Become aware of the problem. Therefore, choosing truly organic and pollutant-free foods is possible, thanks to truly clean agricultural realities. I myself have witnessed the possibility of this practical choice and I can give you the contact of a Farm that really abstains from ANY contamination: https://www.sanpiox1708.it/ Choose their products with confidence and write to them in my name to purchase their products: you will immediately get a discount!

2. Stop or greatly reduce the consumption of foods of animal origin, especially animals that are at the top of the food chain, not only aquatic but also terrestrial. Unfortunately, pollution spares no environment.

3. Perform a hair mineralogram. In fact, it is the only test that allows precise measurement of heavy minerals in the body and can be performed by anyone, children or the elderly. There are two versions: HTT (Hair Toxic Test), the cheaper version of the test that measures only toxic metals; HMS (Hair Metabolic System), the more complete version that also measures physiological metals and allows for a detailed endocrine and constitutional profile of the person.

4. The mineralogram can be performed at any time, even during pregnancy. The dietary and supplement therapy that results from it will obviously take into account the impossibility of taking certain remedies during pregnancy. This is why it is necessary to do it BEFORE becoming pregnant, trying to "plan" the pregnancy! It can therefore be performed both during the first trimester, when the fetus is more delicate, and in the third, when the mother may be subject to particular stresses and predispose the newborn to asthma, allergies, food intolerances and celiac disease, atopy in general. The mineralogram, in fact, describes very well in which phase of stress (alarm, resistance, exhaustion) the individual is.

5. In this regard, it is essential to try to have a natural birth and an adequate intestinal and vaginal bacterial flora.
